Presentation Content

In your abstract, provide a concise summary of your 20-25 minute presentation. You may wish to include

  1. A brief description of the business and/or technical problem faced by your organization, industry context (if applicable), and how Oracle technologies were used to solve the problem.
  2. Benefits realized from the solution – for example, cost/labor/time savings, improved business processes/customer service, overall ROI improvements.

Abstracts will be reviewed for quality, originality, innovation, and inclusion of topics of interest to a large number of users. A committee from Oracle and the IOUG North American Oracle Spatial Special Interest Group will perform the selection of abstracts and awards. The Oracle Spatial SIG provides a forum for geospatial and IT professionals to share best practices and meet with Oracle Spatial experts. It is one of many national and regional Oracle Spatial User Groups that offer rich interaction among end users, technology partners, service providers and academic professionals.
