IMPORTANT: Please read carefully.
- We require speakers to provide information in an educational, non-commercial, non-self-promotional manner.
- We require speakers to provide educational information that will be available to attendees and non-attendees after the conference. Please do not submit a proposal if you are unwilling or unable to provide educational information (e.g., a copy of slides or other documentation of your presentation). This information must be submitted to Directions Media by Friday, September 18, 2009. A few blunt words – speakers must adhere to this deadline.
- We require speakers to allow us to share the content of their presentation (e.g. slides and audio) in an educational format to allow individuals who were not able to attend to be able to gain a sense of what was discussed. Directions Media holds the copyright to this presentation of the information.
- We require your permission to publish your name, company and session topic on the Internet, in direct mail and magazine ads for purposes of marketing the conference.
- If your presentation is accepted, you will need to submit a brief biography to Directions Media by Friday, August 31, 2009.
- If your presentation is selected, you will receive a complimentary one-day registration ($595 value) for the day on which you speak.

- For the "Vertical Industry perspectives" track, we are seeking proposals that feature real-world, solutions-based case studies and/or management discussions offered by a senior level representative employed with an end-user company.
- If you have already given a presentation at one of the last three conferences, please make sure that your presentation is significantly different from presentation(s) you've given before.
- The program staff at Directions Media will make final speaker selections. You will be notified by Friday, August 14, 2009, whether your proposal has been accepted.
