Directions Magazine, Oracle Corporation, HERE – a Nokia business, and The Eclipse Foundation are collaborating to offer a multi-track event over two and one-half days in Washington, D.C. at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. The event's focus is the expanding ecosystem of location intelligence in business and government.

Cancellation Policy

Directions Media will refund 50% of the registration fee if notified in writing up to 14 days before the start of the conference (on or before May 5, 2014).

Payment for cancellations made after that date will not be refunded. Substitutions may be made at any time up to the start of the conference. All notices of cancellation must be in writing. Non-attendance will incur the full conference fee.

All payments must be made prior to attending the conference.

Student Volunteers

The event welcomes participation from  both undergraduate and graduate students in geospatial, business and other academic programs.  A limited number of student assistantships are available.  In return for free admission, students will assist conference organizers with event logistics and will have the opportunity to listen to various sessions over the three-day event.  No housing allowance is provided, but students will receive complimentary meals during the event.  For more information or to volunteer, please contact conference vice-chair, Wes Stroh via email:  wes.stroh@directionsmag.com  .
