Presentation Abstract

Please describe the educational content of your presentation. Your proposal must:

• Clearly define the problem, platform or application (need to save money, need to do more with less, define a new technology, need to further a goal your organization had identified, etc.)
• Note both the technical and human issues, if applicable.
• Offer a suggestion as to which session (Platform or Application) your presentation would most apply.
• Provide details on selected solution (challenges to implementing, how it works today, return on investment, lessons learned, etc.)

We require speakers to allow us to share the content of their presentation (e.g. slides and audio) in an educational format to allow individuals who were not able to attend to be able to gain a sense of what was discussed. Please bring your presentation to the registration desk on a thumb-drive which we can keep. We also require speakers to allow us to take photographs, videotape, or digital recordings of the speaker during the conference.

Media Agreement
I understand that by checking this box do hereby consent and agree that Directions Media has my permission to share the content of my presentation (e.g. slides and audio) in an educational format. I understand that by checking this box do hereby consent and agree that Directions Media, its employees, or agents have the right to take photographs, videotape, or digital recordings of me during the conference and to use these in any and all media, now or hereafter known, exclusively for the purposes of promoting, marketing and advertising products and services anywhere in the world. I further consent that my name and identity may be revealed therein or by descriptive text or commentary. I do hereby release to Directions Media, its agents, and employees all rights to exhibit this work in print and electronic form publicly or privately and to market and sell copies. I waive any rights, claims, or interest I may have to control the use of my identity or likeness in whatever media used. I understand that there will be no financial or other remuneration for recording me, either for initial or subsequent transmission or playback. I also understand that Directions Media is not responsible for any expense or liability incurred as a result of my participation in this recording, including medical expenses due to any sickness or injury incurred as a result. I represent that I am at least 18 years of age, have read and understand the foregoing statement, and am of-age and competent to execute this agreement. If the name listed below is a minor child, then I, the parent/guardian of record acknowledge the foregoing and by my signature below, grant the same publication and usage rights listed above.
